My breed isn't listed
Choose Classic Puppy and upload photos. We match coat colors and markings to your dog.
What if I don't reply to the preview?
We wait 48 hours, then print the preview as shown so your order stays on time.
Can I cancel?
Anytime before you approve the preview. Once printing starts, the figurine is personalized and can't be cancelled.
It arrived damaged
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it for free.
Make it in time for Christmas
Standard orders close on Nov 25 and Rush orders on Dec 1 for delivery by Dec 24. It takes about two minutes, and you see a preview before we print.
