Shipping policy

Every order ships free to US addresses with tracking. We make each figurine to order in our studio in Vietnam and ship it straight to your door.

Preview: for Photo Match and Memorial orders we email a digital preview within 1 business day of receiving your photos.
Making it: 3–4 business days after you approve the preview (Pick a coat orders: 3 business days after ordering). With Rush production, it ships 2 business days after approval.
Delivery: 7–10 business days after it ships. During November and December carriers can be a few days slower.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your figurine ships.

For delivery by December 24, order by November 25 (standard) or December 1 (Rush production), and approve your preview within a day.

There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Any US import duties or fees on your parcel are paid by us.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If it needs changing, email us before your figurine ships and we'll update it.
