Refund policy

Every Purl & Paw figurine is made to order for your pet, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. We do stand behind every piece we ship.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your digital preview (or, for Pick a coat orders, before we confirm your name spelling by email). Once printing starts, the figurine is personalized and can't be cancelled.

Free reprint or full refund

Tell us within 30 days of delivery if:

• your figurine arrived broken or damaged,
• it has a print defect, or doesn't match the preview you approved,
• you received the wrong item, or
• tracking shows your parcel as lost.

Email us your order number and a photo of the problem. We reply within 2 business days and send a free reprint or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Not covered

• Change of mind after printing has started.
• Small color differences between screens and printed PLA.
• Names or dates printed exactly as you entered them.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
