These terms apply when you use this website or order from Purl & Paw. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, for reasons such as a pricing error or suspected fraud.

2. Custom figurines

Each figurine is 3D printed to order in matte PLA with a crochet-look texture. It is not made of yarn. It is a decor collectible, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 14. Colors are matched to your photos as closely as filament colors allow; small differences from on-screen colors are normal.

3. Your photos and details

You confirm that you have the right to share the photos you upload. We use them only to make and check your order, and may show the finished figurine in our marketing only if you give permission.

4. Previews

For Photo Match and Memorial orders we email a digital preview before printing. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we print the preview as shown so your order stays on time.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

6. Designs

Figurine models are used under a commercial license from their designer. Website content, photos and branding belong to Purl & Paw or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

Purl & Paw is a United States business. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Purl & Paw is registered, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
